The Monarch Rowing Club fleet currently consists of two superb classic handbuilt racing shells:

ZBD012, 'DICKON', a 44' 8" wooden coxed four believed to have been built in West Germany in the late 1980s using a Karlisch profile. Manufactured by Finke & Sommerfeld Gmbh at the Norddeutsche Sportbootwerft, Mölln. Average crew weight 85kg,

ZBD064, 'SPEEDY M'. An ERB sectional Coxless Four, 85kg, built in the UK by Eton Rowing Boats:

We are looking to acquire a Pair but at minimal expense! If any club can help us please get in touch.
Wooden boats are welcome - anything considered provided it does not need too much tlc.
